The session is designed for young people about to start university (and anyone looking for guidance on living independently), giving them practical basics and confidence around meal planning, shopping lists, budgeting, and eating healthily for less. We’ll cook a meal together from scratch and then sit down to enjoy it afterwards.
The workshop is completely free, and all ingredients and equipment are provided.
